Kevin co-founded Merida and serves as head of the firm’s Licensing and Operations vertical. Prior to founding Merida, Kevin served as a principal of Palace Investment Company LLC where he managed acquisition analysis, due diligence and transaction execution, capital raises, and investor relations for new assets as well as management and disposition of existing assets. Kevin developed his expertise in cannabis-related regulatory affairs and operations through his work with Greenfield and Peak Harvest Health. Prior to this, Kevin was a principal at a land development company in Washington D.C. where he acquired a wealth of regulatory experience in complex areas of real estate.  His responsibilities included land acquisition, obtaining entitlement approvals from local, state, and federal planning agencies, obtaining financing for acquisition and development, and negotiating purchase contracts.  
 
Kevin received his B.A. from Old Dominion University.  He also played professional baseball for ten years with the Los Angeles Dodgers and New York Yankees.
